Melodie is a native Houstonian.  She has been a recruiter in and around Greater Houston area for over 30 years, and has a large number of professional contacts.  She is a charter member of the Houston Independent Personnel Consultants since their beginning in 1986 and presently serves as their 2009 President.  Her success as a recruiter is a testament to her ability to determine what her client companies and applicants are really looking for, and to her creative approach to making the perfect match.  Because of her personal touch to the recruiting business, she receives many referrals from satisfied clients and job-seekers.

Melodie’s client list includes companies of every size, from small Mom-and-Pop concerns to major corporations.  She makes placements in a wide variety of industries, including Oil and Gas, Health Care, and Manufacturing, and in a number of fields, including Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Medical, and Financial.  Melodie’s clients have learned that they can trust her to locate the perfect candidate for their needs, from entry level graduates to experienced professionals.  Variety is the spice of life for Melodie, and she enjoys the challenge of finding that perfect person for her clients.
